Total Users è un remake del celebre progetto di Helder Garcia abbandonato nel 2004 alla versione 3.0, e destinato ad essere distribuito soltanto per le versioni 1.0.x di Joomla.

Riprogrammato secondo gli standard di progettazione MVC attuati da Joomla 1.5, quindi perfezionato e corretto per offrirvi un modulo completamente rinnovato.
